GEA

GEA, Generic Ethernet Access, is a type of leased line. It utilises copper technology between your premises and the local BT cabinet and then fibre to the exchange, before handing data over to an Ethernet network bringing high speed internet access to your company.

BT are withdrawing the copper lines it is delivered on across the country by the start of 2027.

The options now would be either Fibre broadband or an Ethernet circuit to discuss the options available and to get a quote please contact us
