G.Fast broadband offers ‘ultrafast’ speeds over existing copper lines and fibre broadband cabinets rather than requiring fibre optic cable to be run all the way to the premises.
G. Fast currently offers speeds of up to 330Mb download and 50Mb upload. G. Fast is in the early stages of roll out across the UK so is not widely available currently but as 2018 progresses it should become available to order more widely.
